Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling fees have been included on all items. Items are sent Priority Mail in most cases and First Class in others. Coney Island USA does not currently ship via UPS, Fed-EX or other private carrier.
Event Tickets
If you are ordering event tickets, please note that they will be left at the door. Coney Island USA does not ship event tickets.
Order Fulfillment
Coney Island USA is a seasonal, arts related business. As a result, please allow four to six weeks for delivery.
Expedited Shipping
Orders can be expedited for an additional fee, usually around $25. In order to confirm expedited shipping, please place order and call the office (718) 372-5159. We will not charge for expedited shipping until confirmation has been made.
International Shipping
All orders destined for international destinations require an additional fee for international shipping. This fee is usually $20. Upon receiving an order with an international address, Coney Island USA will contact the purchaser to confirm the additional charge. No international orders will be shipped without this confirmation.
Returns and Exchanges
Coney Island USA will replace items that have been damaged in shipping or that arrive defective if notified within 30 days of receipt.
We will also accept returns and issue exchanges for items sent in error if notified within 30 days of receipt.
We can not accept the return of clothing that has already been worn.
